K...Here's how this will go. Every few milemarkers of member numbers (Once we get 40 members, the first chapter will begin) a new chapter will begin. Each chapter brings new storylines, and new characters. These characters will be more powerful then the normal characters you cna make, BUT you may only have 1 storyline character, and once you take a storyline character, you may NOT make your alt anything above Genin rank. Consider this when applying for a storyline character.
Chapter one Characters:
Neo Akatsuki: (CALLED is for the character BELOW it)
Front:
Black Man:Taijutsu expert, capable of opening the 8th gate without dying. Unable to use any other jutsus however. (Whoever picks this character must buy the gates 5-8 to use them...They start with 1-4)[glow=red,2,300]Hidan-Relative.[/glow]
Cigar Man:Fire/Ash/Smoke based jutsu expert. Has a smoke release technique used to choke his opponents. Very adept with jutsus involving his opponent breathing a deadly gas in. Always smoking a cigar.

Blue/White haired Man:Water and Kenjutsu master. Able to use many water-based jutsus without a water source. [glow=red,2,300]Zetsu-Relative[/glow]
Right Mountain:
Masked Man:Genjutsu master. Capable of masking up to 4 illusions over each other. [glow=red,2,300]Tobi-Relative[/glow]
Bandanna Man:Unknown abilities...You make -em. [glow=red,2,300]Kisame-Relative.[/glow]
Left Mountain:
Orochimaru's daughter-Uses snake-based jutsus, and has many of her father's skills.
Pink Haired Girl:Possesses Sharingan. Ex-Nikibi Container. Very powerful with Ressurections, and healing jutsu. [glow=red,2,300]Itachi relative[/glow]
Back Mountain:
Sitting Man:Kenjutsu expert. Also very adept with lightning jutsu. Was once an experiment of orochimaru's. Has no real gender, and is made up of many different people. Has many personalities, and talks to himself often.[glow=red,2,300]Kakuzo Relative[/glow]
Standing Man:Kenjutsu Master/Earth Nin. A master with swords and blades, and also capable of making exploding clay, he molds every weapon he makes, thus, he is capable of making his own exploding kunai, shuriken, spears, he can even stab his opponents, get a safe distance away and detonate the clay.

Because of overpowering issues, unless you specially make your character a chuunin ranked nin, no akatsuki nins will have access to the body flicker technique. That doesn't mean you get body flicker as a chuunin. You only get body flicker after passing the Jounin exams.
